There are 2 ways to share your BFMP/RB to regulators:
OPTION 1
Accessing Crew/ Regulator Management @ 0:00
Option 1 (Org/Vessel Admin Account)
Click your profile icon (initials or photo) in the top-right corner.
Select "Crew" from the dropdown to open the crew list.
Option 2 (Vessel Manager Account) - Most Users
Click "Add/Edit Crew on the left hand menu
On the box on the right side labeled "Vendors/Regulator", Click "Invite Vendor/Regulator"
When prompted, you just need to add their email address, and then click search.
On the next box that pops up, you just need to fill out the company field if they have not already been added to ShipCarePro. If they have, you can move to the next step, and click "invite"
Once added, their name will be added to the list of Vendors/Regulators, click on the teal triangle beside their company name, click assign vessels
Beside the ship name, there is a drop down, choose "Regulator View" and then click, "Assign"
And then you can let them know to look at the invite in their email to set up their password, and on their welcome email there is a link to some simple getting started guide. Example image below.
OPTION 2: But of course, you're also welcome to download the BFMP directly, and send it to them how you usually do.
Choose DLV2000 from dropdown, and then click Download BFMP Reports from the side menut
And then choose, Australia, and then click on the Download Biofouling Management Plan Button (this can take a few minutes, so don't close the page or refresh it, it will be collecting all the data to make the most up to date plan 🙂 (it will download as a PDF directly to your computer)
this is also where you would download the record book (with all uploaded reports attached) , or record book summary (no reports attached)
